FACING THE CRISIS OF COVID-19 WITH INTEGRITY

As we are going through these times of COVID-19 crisis, questions Strom our heads as what life has in store for us. Many of our lives are shaken. Routines changed. Jobs lost. Times of illness. Times of tears. We have forgotten how to smile or laugh. Streets empty. Countries locked down. Meaningful relationships taking a new form adapting to social distancing. Only one thing that seems to be permanent is the CHANGE. As we try to adapt to these new changes, as our ship struggles to reach the other end... here we are scrambling our way to reach out to the anchor. Let us dig a little deeper in the living scriptures on how we can face this crisis with integrity with GOD`s help.

1. THE HOPE WE HAVE IN CHRIST:

The word of God says, THE HOPE WE HAVE IN CHRIST is that anchor as in  Hebrews 6:18,19

18. That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us:
19 Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, and which entereth into that within the veil;
Dear brothers ad Sisters in Christ, it is impossible for God to lie, because HE IS GOD. He is GOD ETERNAL, IMMORTAL AND INVINCIBLE. 1 Timothy 1:17 ).  If he says he will be the anchor of your soul, he means it and again, he cannot lie..... because he is GOD.

2. COME TO THE THRONE OF GRACE:
We have a GOD who is a high priest too. He remained sinless, though he was tempted in all points similar to us. So we can come boldly to the THRONE OF GRACE because we have a father who can understand our shortcomings. The word of God says in Hebrews 4:14-16 as,
14 Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.
15 For we have not a high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.
16 Let us, therefore, come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
Many of us have turned our backs to GOD. Now we are so driven by guilt, we don't know how to come back. Dear children of God! the arms of the father are open wide. The distance between you and God is just a breath away.... Call unto him in the name of Jesus and there you are in front of the throne of grace....You will find help in the time of your need.

3. HOLDING ON TO THE LOVE OF CHRIST:

a. THE LOVE OF CHRIST is powerful. You want to know how powerful it is...? The word of God says, Love is stronger than DEATH. Many waters cannot quench LOVE. No flood can drown it. You can find it in Songs of Solomon 8:6,7
Set me as a seal upon thine heart, as a seal upon thine arm: for love is strong as death; jealousy is cruel as the grave: the coals thereof are coals of fire, which hath a most vehement flame.
Many waters cannot quench love, neither can the floods drown it: if a man would give all the substance of his house for love, it would utterly be contemned.

b. The LOVE OF CHRIST makes us more than a conquerors. Romans 8:37 says,
Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
We are more than conquerors through this CHRIST who loved us.

 c. His banner over us is LOVE. He is going to fight battles for us and we are going to win in each of those battles.
He brought me to the banqueting house, and his banner over me was love.
Songs of Solomon 2:4

d. Whatmore, this LOVE of God will never put us to shame.

Romans 5:5 King James Version (KJV)

And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.
So, this is time to look into the fullness of God`s face, that our faces will shine in the midst of the crisis.

Psalm 34:5 King James Version (KJV)

They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed.
We will never be put to shame and we will come out of this situation victoriously, being a blessing to many in tears.

e. There is no fear in love. Perfect love casteth away all fear.

1 John 4:18 King James Version (KJV)

18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.
Let us be filled with the Love of God, if fear is tormenting us.

f. My final words,
If we choose to Love Christ, he will surely deliver us.

Psalm 91:14 King James Version (KJV)

14 Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.
Our hope and our Love for Christ and his love for us will sustain us these had times. He will surely deliver us because we have chosen to set our love upon the one who chose to love us eternally. To God be the Glory!

Know your enemy.

 Meditation John chapter 8:41-50

 Today's meditation John chapter 8:41-50

1. Jesus said to them they are doing the deeds of their father. For which they replied they are not born of fornication but God is their Father. (V41)
2. Jesus said to them if God was their father they will listen to him because he came forth from his father. He did not come by himself but was sent by his father. (V42)
3. He said they cannot understand him because they cannot hear his word. (V43)
4. Christ said that their father is the devil.  The lusts of their father they will do. He was a murderer from the beginning and he did not abide in the truth because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie he speaks it of his own for he is a liar and father of lies. (V44)
5. Christ said because he tells them the truth they do not believe in him. (V45)Christ said nobody can convince him of sin but still they do not believe in him. (V46)
6. He that is of God hears God's voice but they do not hear because they are not of God. (V47)
7. For this they said that he was a Samaritan and he has a devil (V48))
8. Jesus replied to them that he does not have a devil and he honours his father, but they dishonour him. (V49)
9. Jesus said he never seeks his own glory and it is God who seeks and judges. (V50)

LIFE APPLICATION:

Today we are going to meditate on the topic
KNOW YOUR ENEMY.

The WORD of GOD says,

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Ephesians:6:12

Dear Child of God, I
Want you to realise today that there is a unseen world around us that always wage a war against our members.

It is not the neighbour or the boss whom we see, our enemy. But there is something more deeper... there are unseen principalities, powers, spiritual wickedness that wrestle with us.... they rub on our bodies and our souls.

This is the kingdom of darkness and they have a king... the Devil. This is what CHRIST refers in V44,

Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
John:8:44

Once we have accepted Christ as our Lord and our God we are transformed into a marvellous new life and the enemy has lost his authority over our us.

But still, as long as we are in the flesh... we will have to fight him as the children of God. So it will be better for us to KNOW The ENEMY as Paul said,

I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air:
1 Corinthians:9:26

Let us see some attributes of the Devil in our meditation today:

A. He works in the children of disobedience:

The Prince of air is the spirit that works in children of disobedience.

Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:
Ephesians:2:2

B. The Devil is the Father of lusts. (V44)

Devil operates in lust. God operates in love.
Let me explain a little on lust and love.

* the word of God says,

For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
1 John:2:16

Lust is of the eyes and of the flesh. It uses the eye gates. But Love is divine and is of God, poured into our spirits.

Let us see some biblical examples for lust:

1. Devil lusted the throne of God.

By thy great wisdom and by thy traffick hast thou increased thy riches, and thine heart is lifted up because of thy riches:
Ezekiel:28:5

Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thou hast set thine heart as the heart of God;
Ezekiel:28:6

2. The Devil made Eve to lust after the forbidden fruit.

And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.
Genesis:3:6

3. Lust makes us want things at whatever cost even if it is forbidden, even it is illegal and even if it mean to murder someone.

But Love is patient and submits to God's will and time.

And it came to pass, when Jezebel heard that Naboth was stoned, and was dead, that Jezebel said to Ahab, Arise, take possession of the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite, which he refused to give thee for money: for Naboth is not alive, but dead.
1 Kings:21:15

Wherefore hast thou despised the commandment of the LORD, to do evil in his sight? thou hast killed Uriah the Hittite with the sword, and hast taken his wife to be thy wife, and hast slain him with the sword of the children of Ammon.
2 Samuel:12:9

There are many more examples of how the devil operates in lust. Dear Child of God! Commit yourself to walk according to the spirit and you will not fulfil the lusts of the flesh.

I would suggest to keep every one of our wants and wishes to be kept at the altar. If it burns and gone forever it is lust...
But it stays with you it is love.... painful but safe.

C. The Devil is a liar and a FATHER of lies: (V44)

Here the enemy works through our ear gates. He speaks lies in our ears till the truth of CHRIST Is obscured in our hearts.

One of his mighty weapon is slander. He makes people slander against us and he makes us slander against others too.

For I have heard the slander of many: fear was on every side: while they took counsel together against me, they devised to take away my life.
Psalm:31:13

He that hideth hatred with lying lips, and he that uttereth a slander, is a fool.
Proverbs:10:18

And the men, which Moses sent to search the land, who returned, and made all the congregation to murmur against him, by bringing up a slander upon the land,
Numbers:14:36

2. He condemns:
It can be people condemning us or we condemn ourselves. CONDEMNATION and ACCUSATIONS are not of God.

And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
Revelation:12:10

With lies he makes the heart of the righteous sad:

Because with lies ye have made the heart of the righteous sad, whom I have not made sad; and strengthened the hands of the wicked, that he should not return from his wicked way, by promising him life:
Ezekiel:13:22

With lies he can put fear in our hearts; with lies, he can disturb our peace.; with lies, he can bring enmity among brethren...

Dear Child of God! Are you a victim of lies of the enemy ? Recognise and fight it with truth and the truth will set you free.

Identify and cast down every imagination that are sowed in you by the enemy that you will not be an easy target for the enemy.

Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
2 Corinthians:10:5

Let us learn to bring every thought of ours under captivity to the obedience of CHRIST and we will walk over the enemy in this area too.

D. The other important character of the Devil is that He is a Murderer.
He kills and destroys.

He can carry out this mission in the form of diseases, or in the form of witchcraft or in the form of hatred or any other.

We thank God for the blood of Christ that has been shed as an atonement.

This blood of Christ protects us from such viles of the enemy.

For the LORD will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when he seeth the blood upon the lintel, and on the two side posts, the LORD will pass over the door, and will not suffer the destroyer to come in unto your houses to smite you.
Exodus:12:23

There is a secret and a quiet place where we can hide into.
That is the shadow of the almighty even his sanctuary.

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
Psalm:91:1

He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
Psalm:91:4

This is the place the eyes of the enemy can never find us.

Seeing it is hid from the eyes of all living, and kept close from the fowls of the air.
Job:28:21

Destruction and death say, We have heard the fame thereof with our ears.
Job:28:22

God understandeth the way thereof, and he knoweth the place thereof.
Job:28:23

The Lord himself shall keep us from all evil. He will deliver our souls... He himself will keep us safe from the snares of the enemy.

The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.
Psalm:121:7

Let the Lord's prayer be ours today.... that we will be safe each day...

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.
Matthew:6:13

May God bless you!

Know ye the father

 Meditation John 8:13-20

1. The Pharisees said that the record of CHRIST is not true as he is bearing record of himself. (V13)
2. Jesus replied unto them that his record is true though he bears it of himself as he knew where he came from and where he goes though others can never say where he comes from and where he goes. (V14)
3. He told them that they judge according to flesh and that he judges no man. (V15)
4. He said even if he judge his judgement is true because he is not alone but he and the father who sent him. (V16)
5. It is written in the law that the testimony of two men is true. ( V17)
6. Jesus said he and his father bears witness about him. (V18)
7. They asked him about his father for which Christ said they neither know him nor his father. For if they know him they will know the father too. (V19)
8. Jesus spoke about these words boldly but no man laid their hands on him as his time did not come yet. (V20)

 LIFE APPLICATION:

Today I was lead in my spirit to share something from the scriptures on who our heavenly father is.

Jesus said,
Then said they unto him, Where is thy Father? Jesus answered, Ye neither know me, nor my Father: if ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also.
John:8:19

Most of don't have a good earthly father to compare and comprehend on how our heavenly father look and feel like.

This makes us have a hazy picture of how the heavenly father is.

John writes,

I write unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning.

I write unto you, young men, because ye have overcome the wicked one.

I write unto you, little children, because ye have known the Father.

1 John:2:13

There are stages of spiritual maturity as revealed by John...
1. A child knowing the warmth of a father.
2. Young men who abide in the word and overcome the enemy.
3. Fathers who have known the one that is from the beginning.

Today God put in my heart to share the attributes of our heavenly father.

1. God is a father to the fatherless:

A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation.
Psalm:68:5

2. He pitieth for us as we fear him.

Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him.
Psalm:103:13

3. God as a father delights in us.

For whom the LORD loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son in whom he delighteth.
Proverbs:3:12

4. He is our father who bought us, made us and established us when we were lost in the wilderness.

Do ye thus requite the LORD, O foolish people and unwise? is not he thy father that hath bought thee? hath he not made thee, and established thee?
Deuteronomy:32:6

5. This father God instructs us and keep us as the Apple of his eye.

He found him in a desert land, and in the waste howling wilderness; he led him about, he instructed him, he kept him as the apple of his eye.
Deuteronomy:32:10

6. As the eagle stirred its nest to lead it's young to fly so does the Lord does for us that we will ride on high places.

As an eagle stirreth up her nest, fluttereth over her young, spreadeth abroad her wings, taketh them, beareth them on her wings:
Deuteronomy:32:11

So the LORD alone did lead him, and there was no strange god with him.
Deuteronomy:32:12

He made him ride on the high places of the earth, that he might eat the increase of the fields; and he made him to suck honey out of the rock, and oil out of the flinty rock;
Deuteronomy:32:13

7. God himself says that he is a father to us.... whenever we go to him weeping and crying he hears us. He leads us by the way of rivers and we shall not stumble.

They shall come with weeping, and with supplications will I lead them: I will cause them to walk by the rivers of waters in a straight way, wherein they shall not stumble: for I am a father to Israel, and Ephraim is my firstborn.
Jeremiah:31:9

8. Father God loves us.

For the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God.
John:16:27

9. He is a merciful father.

Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.
Luke:6:36

10. Your Father in heaven is concerned of your needs.

For all these things do the nations of the world seek after: and your Father knoweth that ye have need of these things.
Luke:12:30

11. Father God loves us so much that we are called the sons of God.

Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
1 John:3:1

12. God did not love us passively... He loves us passionately to give his only son Jesus Christ to die for us at the cross.

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
John:3:16

For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
John:3:17

13. Father God has given all authority to his son Jesus CHRIST that we can reach the Father God through him.

The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand.
John:3:35

14. He is a giver of good gifts.

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.
James:1:17

15. He is a faithful God. He keeps his promises to generations.

Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations;
Deuteronomy:7:9

These verses are taken from the Holy Bible.  The WORD of GOD cannot lie. Dear Child of God, know the truth and the truth will set you free.

Do you feel,
1. You are not loved by God?
2. Does circumstances make you feel God does not care for You?
3. Do you think God is sitting on his throne somewhere and not concerned about You?
4. Do you think God is distant from You?
5. Do you feel your heavenly father is unjust to You?
6. Do you feel his love is conditional and you need to be more righteous to gain his love?

These are a few lies that are aimed at our hearts by the devil, arising straight from hell.

Dear Child of God.... one more secret I can tell you with great confidence. You can never be cast away from this father, when you go to him in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

Christ himself was forsaken by the father that we might not be forsaken. Christ himself had paid the price of being forsaken of the father, that we have access to the throne of grace.

And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?
Matthew:27:46

Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
Hebrews:4:16

Fight it with these scriptures... You are a CHOSEN GENERATION... whom God himself has chosen to be a FATHER...Enjoy the warmth of the father in GOD.....  dear Child and be filled with peace everlasting.
MAY GOD REVEAL HIMSELF to you more. God bless you all.

Opinions.

 Meditation John 5:10-18

1. The Jews asked the man who was healed, why he was taking his bed and walking on a Sabbath day as it was not lawful. ( V10)
2. He said the person who made him whole told him to take his bed and walk. (V11)
3. Then the Jews asked him who healed him , but he knew not as JESUS conveyed himself away. ( V12,13)
4. Then later Jesus meets him in the temple and deals with his sin. (V14)
5. The man and testified to the Jews that it was Jesus that made him whole.  ( V15)
6. They started persecuting Jesus because he healed on a Sabbath day. ( V16)
7. Jesus said he should work where his father works. (V17)
8. They hated him evermore as he not only broke the Sabbath, but also made him equal to God the father. (v18)

LIFE APPLICATION:

Dealing with Opinions of People:

Jesus was every time aware of the intentions of people. It is very easy for any man to judge others and the law facilitates it. (V10)

And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
Genesis:6:5

It is from the hearts  of man that evil things arises.

But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man.
Matthew:15:18

For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:
Matthew:15:19

God never wants us to hold a judgemental spirit as there will be a day when we stand before the judgement seat of God.

But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.
Romans:14:10

This is what CHRIST says,

Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:
Luke:6:37

Here I would like to take you all into a deeper understanding of law and Grace.

A. Law makes us guilty of our sins:

Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.
Romans:3:19

Christ fulfilled law in the flesh: (grace)
For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
Romans:8:3

B. Law makes sin come alive.

The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.
1 Corinthians:15:56

But we have victory over the strength of sin and death that comes through the law through JESUS CHRIST.

But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
1 Corinthians:15:57

C. Law breeds self-righteousness but Grace bears the righteousness of CHRIST.

And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:
Philippians:3:9

Jesus was more concerned of the welfare of people than their traditions. I would request you to kindly meditate Mark 7 to know more.

Jesus came to fulfil the law.. through Grace.

Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
Matthew:5:17

Christ has summed up the fulfilment of the Law as Love.

Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
Matthew:22:37

This is the first and great commandment.
Matthew:22:38

And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
Matthew:22:39

On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
Matthew:22:40

Christ emphasises more on love than law. Dear Child of God, we are made free from the condemnation of the law, by the righteousness of CHRIST.  Law puts us under bondage. But Grace liberates us to walk in freedom.

For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.
John:1:17

Hence, we do not need to fear nor are we condemned if we walk according to the spirit.

For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
Romans:8:15

There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
Romans:8:1

LIFE APPLICATION 2:

REVELATION OF CHRIST:

I have shared beforehand, that a man who had an encounter with God can never be the same.

A. The first encounter:
The first time the man met Christ his body was healed. (V9)
B. the second encounter:
The second time this man met CHRIST, his sins were dealt with, and he was made whole inwardly.
Here I would like to go a little deeper about sin and it's consequences.

A. What is sin?

Sin is the transgression of the Law.

Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.
1 John:3:4

All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not unto death.
1 John:5:17

If we know what is right and don't do it.
Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.
James:4:17

B. How do we know when we sin?
1. Our conscience convicts us.

And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.
John:8:9

The WORD of GOD says that we are sinners who need forgiveness.

If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
1 John:1:8

C. What happens when we sin?
1. Our spirit man becomes dead and death begins to reign in us.

But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.
Genesis:2:17

2. The sin lies at our doorsteps when to devour us.

If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him.
Genesis:4:7

3. When sin is fulfilled in our mortal bodies, it breeds death.

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Romans:6:23

This is the sequence. Lust conceives sin and sin brings curse and death.

Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.
James:1:15

So the consequences of sin is terrible.  If you are knowingly playing with sin, it is time to come back to God.

Christ has borne all our sins and curses at the cross.

But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
Isaiah:53:5

The WORD of GOD says,

There is no peace, saith my God, to the wicked.
Isaiah:57:21

So let us come back to Christ and he will give us his peace.

When his soul man was healed, he went about testifying what CHRIST has done to everyone. (V15)

So will God do the same with us when we have an encounter with God.

May the Spirit of God minister unto your souls.

Jesus, the God and Man

Jesus, the God and Man

Greetings to all in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! Learn more about how the word became flesh as Jesus and manifested unto us, in this study on 1st John Chapter 1.
Through this chapter John is proclaiming about how Jesus who is God came as a Man in flesh and how we can live a sinless life through our fellowship with him.
Scroll down to know more…...
The word of God became Flesh:

1.      It was prophesied about the birth of Jesus in the beginning (i.e.) from the time God created heaven and earth, John knew it was true because he had seen, heard and touched Jesus. The Word of God became flesh as Jesus. (1 John 1:1)

2.      The life appeared as Jesus. He clothed himself in the form of flesh for each of us and died on the cross for the forgiveness of our sins. Thus giving us eternal life. This eternal life was with the Father, but now manifested to us, through Jesus. (1John 1:2)

Fellowship with Jesus

3.      John is sharing this, so that we would also enter into a relationship with Jesus like himself…...and does have fellowship with the father and his son Jesus Christ. ( 1 John 1:3)
